Emergency Hire for an Instructor in Ancient Near East for August 2015
The Department of History at Missouri State University invites applications for a ¾ one year renewable instructor to teach upper level courses in the Ancient Near East and the first half of the World History Survey. The candidate must be able to teach upper level courses in Ancient Egypt and the Near East. The appointment will begin on August 10, 2015. Applicants must be ABD or hold a Ph.D. in history or a related field.
Submit a cover letter, academic vita, graduate transcripts, three letters of recommendation, and a syllabus for an upper level course and a survey course in World History to 1600.
